We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary for following the selection procedure or to (possibly) conclude with you and perform an employment contract / traineeship agreement / temporary employment contract. Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is 16 or older. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at pno@smst.nl and we will delete this information.

Automated decision making

SMST Designers & Constructors BV does not make decisions based on automated processing, about matters that can have (significant) consequences for people.

Retention period

SMST Designers & Constructors BV does not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. Different retention periods are used for various categories of data. For application data, a retention period of no more than 4 weeks after the end of the application procedure applies and with permission we will keep the data for a maximum period of 1 year. For remaining matters, the terms are set in the ‘’SMST Privacy Reglement’’.

Sharing personal data with third parties

SMST Designers & Constructors BV shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf and can therefore be regarded as a ‘’processor’’ to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. SMST Designers & Constructors BV remains responsible for these 3 rd party processing operations.

In addition, SMST Designers & Constructors BV provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your explicit permission. If necessary and / or legally necessary, data is provided to third parties for, among others, tax matters, UWV, occupational health and safety services, ISZW, insurers and accountants.
