While the Esvagt Schelde is up and running in the Borssele IV offshore wind farm, our service engineers are on board to train the crew in operating, maintenance and inspection of the SMST equipment. At the end of 2020, shipyard Havyard handed over the Esvagt Schelde to shipowner ESVAGT, the first wind farm service operations vessel in a series of three. All three vessels incorporate a SMST Access & Cargo Tower with motion compensated gangway and a knuckle boom crane on top of the tower. SMST is very pleased to ensure safe transfer of crew and cargo on board ESVAGT’s vessels!
